Fantail on stick
Fantail, a flighty NZ native bird whos tail describes its name. Eats mainly small insects and bugs, and catches these by dashing around. Appears friendly because they come close to you when in the garden, but more likely because you are disturbing the insects. Pity
Note : - For posting overseas the stick will be replaced with a copper pipe `stick`. This is to eliminate any potential issues with boarder agriculture. |

Gecko - 3 sizes available
The gecko is a native of NZ and the green gecko is often sold illegally overseas as pets!. They inhabit the rocky areas of both islands but are not often seen being so small in real life. These geckos bring a lot of fun to any wall, fence, house, garage or plant pot. They are flexible so can be bent into a more 3-dimensional form, although if done too often will cause metal fatigue and possible loss of limb. Unlike the real gecko, another tail will not grow back again in this case!
Combinations of large and small work well together or even a large chasing a small butterfly. The rich colourings and patterns vary with every piece, making them truly individual. Size measured back to belly & head to tail, approx |
