Copper Workx Sale of all Products subject to Terms and Conditions

Delivery

All orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received. You should be sent a confirmation email saying the order has/has not been accepted.

If an order has not arrived after 14 days please contact Copper Work x at christchurch@copperworkx.co.nz or PH: (03) 384-8182 with the invoice number and details of the purchased products.
No responsibility can be taken for incorrect recipient details and shall remain the senders responsibility. Copper Workx will happily assist if notified early enough to check the details before sending the order.

All deliveries have a standard $10 delivery fee, additional fees may be included on larger items and may be viewed when you view your cart.

At any time you can delete items from your cart if you do not wish to go through with the order.

Orders will be dispatched the next business day, if stock is available, if insufficient stock is available an email will be sent explaining the situation offering an alternative product or refund.

Pricing

Prices may change without warning and are displayed in NZ dollars including gst.

For purchases made from outside of New Zealand, the price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.

Exchanges/Refunds

If the product is incorrect or does not suit, Copper Workx may be contacted from the details on the contact page and a replacement item may be sent, with the cost of return/delivery made by the purchaser.
Copper Workx has a Smiles Guarantee so if for any reason you find any of their products unsatisfactory Copper Workx may be contacted to arrange a replacement or a refund.

The cost of the return of the goods via courier or post will be made by the purchaser and must arrive back at Copper Workx in the original and saleable condition.

PRIVACY ACT - Collection of information

All information Collected by this website will be kept secure and private and will not be handed or sold onto any 3rd parties.

All credit card sales are made on a secure server and credit card details are not kept. PLEASE when using an online shop check for the secure lock to show the secure server, contact your isp or bank if you are not sure how to check for this connection.
