Kiwi Bird

The Kiwi is a curious endangered bird, that cannot fly, is nocturnal and has loose hair like feathers and long wiskers. The Kiwi, as an emblem first appeared late 19th century is NZ regimental badges.
Today our identity as `kiwis` is based around our national bird.
